Lumber River United Way is seeking volunteers to help remove trash and litter from a section of Highway 711 as part of the NC Adopt-A-Highway program.
Groups of all kinds, including businesses, families, and church groups, are encouraged to volunteer. Volunteers must be at least 12 years old.
